The Bible Study group meets weekly throughout the year. Its goal is to enrich the understanding and faith of each participant through an exploration of the biblical texts. The class takes into consideration the historical context for the Bible, its characters and events, and draws out various Orthodox interpretations with the goal of achieving deeper theological meanings, especially as they relate to Orthodox Tradition. Classes are a mix of presentation and discussion and participants are encouraged to make comments and ask questions.
